Frank A. Mastraccio Frank A. Mastraccio, 77 of Rome, passed away, Friday February 6, 2015 at Rome Memorial Hospital. He was born in Rome, NY on April 9, 1937 a son of the late Joseph and Catherine Ross Mastraccio. Frank was a graduate of Rome Free Academy and attended Mohawk Valley Community College. He married the former Elizabeth Finley. For several years he was self-employed as carpet and tile installer. Frank was a member of St. John the Baptist Church. He was an avid bowler and was inducted into the Rome Bowling Hall of Fame. Frank was an active member of the Galliano Club where he served as Secretary-Treasurer and was Past President. Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law; Deborah and Perry Piccola, Cynthia and James Vacheresse, all of Rome, Christine and James Briggs, FL., two sons; Frank Mastraccio, FL., Joseph Mastraccio and close friend Jamie Grems, Ava, eleven grandchildren and one great grandson. Also surviving are a brother and sister-in-law Joseph and Neva Mastraccio, Rome and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Anthony Mastraccio. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Mary Barnes and Lee for all their care and compassion shown to Frank. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St. with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating.
