Pete Sacco Pete Sacco, 60, of Holland Patent, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica, while surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Rome, NY, on August 21, 1955 son of Joseph and Mary (Bravo) Sacco. On March 21, 1998, he married the love of his life, Debbie Madonia. He was a devoted husband, father, son, grandfather, (papa) and step-father. Pete had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He had a great love for music and was a phenomenal drummer. Pete was a loving, giving and uplifting person who liked to brighten everyone's life. Surviving besides his wife Debbie, is his mother, Mary Sacco, Rome, his children Troy and Jessica Sacco, CA, Kelly Sacco, AZ, Tiffany Marie Phelps, Clinton, Anthony Andrews, Rome, and grandchildren; Presley, T.J., Kyle, Brandon, Ava, Cason, Mia, Parker, Oliva and Dylan. Also surviving are a sister, Christine Sorell, Rome, a special loving mother-in-law, Irmgard Madonia, Rome, several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends including Pat and Wendy Kennedy, Rome. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Sacco. Memorial services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 7751 Merrick Rd., Rome.
