Don was a valued friend, and supportive co-worker at Rome Laboratory. He was bright, knowledgeable, observant, and always ready to contribute. We worked closely together on several major programs at the Lab that would not have been as successful as they were without Don’s many major contributions. It was an honor and pleasure to work with him.
