I am sure words will not ease the pain you may be feeling right now. Wayne was an important part of our family as well. I am comforted by memories of years gone by, when our parents were together their laughter was toxic. We are fortunate to have one another and wonderful shared memories to cherish forever. My love to all of you as you go through this very difficult time.

My sincerest condolences to Little Wayne, Melissa, Bobby, and Annette and all of your families with the loss of your Dad. I have known Wayne and Cathy for many years, and to know them is to love them both. There are no words to describe the true friendship that they gave. I loved visiting with Wayne. He always made me smile even though he was hurting. He had the greatest personality and caring for his friends ever. Heaven has another special angel and I'm sure he is smiling down on all of us. I will always have Cathy and Wayne in my heart and pray for their souls and for God to give you all the strenghth to get through this tough time. Memories are a wonderful thing and are to be cherished forever. Peace to you, Wayne and Cathy.

I met Wayne through Bob @ lowes 9 yrs ago, without having to ask, I said you must be Bob's dad.. He replied yep, just more handsome. And so our friendship began. Everytime he came to lowes we'd exchange stories and track down Bob.... And he'd never leave without giving me a kiss on the cheek, and tell me not to work to hard. I know he had been through alot and to the bitter end, he stood strong. Be at Peace now handsome.... Enjoy the beaches in heaven... You will be missed deeply by so many people it was an honor to of had you, be a part of my life....

Wayne went from Mr.Marshall to Papa in a very short time for me. He would always make my day when he would come in and ask us girls at Price Chopper if we wanted muffins or something else to snack on that day. I would say oh Papa you don't have to do that and he said well Iam, and he would! Im very honored to have called this wonderful man Papa, even if he was'nt blood he always made me feel that way. He would ask me everyday "How come you'r not working?" I would say I'm trying to but your here I can't! Papa you will be missed everyday by very many people.

I met Wayne after starting work with Lowes in Rome, NY. He asked me if I knew where his son, Robert was, I replied that I did. I called Bob, but made a good friend in the process. He always stopped to see me when in the store, and I looked forward to our visits. He will be dearly missed by me, and I'm sure many other peop;e, to know him was to Love him.
May God Bless.

My dear "walking partner"..So sorry that I didn't get a chance to visit with you again or to take our walk around the Lowe's Store before I left there and before you got so sick. My son retired from the Air Force and I did get to tell him about your career as well. I had heard that you were sick and have offered many a prayer. The Wounded Warrior Project is so close to my heart and I will certainly be sure that you are remembered there as well. I know that you will find a delightful path to walk around heaven with your Mrs. You will be missed and heaven is belssed.
