Please share a memory of Ann Marie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Ann Marie (Coluccio) Williams Mrs. Ann Marie (Coluccio) Williams, age 76, of Rome passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at her home. Born in Rome, NY, on November 6, 1938, Ann Marie was the daughter of the late Joseph "Pep" and Mary (Mastrangelo) Coluccio. She was raised and educated in Rome schools. Ann Marie was a devoted and loving wife of 56 years to her husband, Bill Williams. Ann was as a receptionist at Rome Ready Mix, co-owner of Shoe-Ville, and later worked as a receptionist with her daughter Lori at the Hair Works where she spread her fun-loving personality where many friendships flourished. Ann was very well liked by all. She was a fun loving individual and many of her friends still reflect on shared times of fun and laughter. She was fortunate to be a "Club Girl"; a group of girls whose friendship remained loyal for over 50 years. Being a mother and grandmother was nothing but second nature to her, she gave her all unselfishly. Some of her grandchildren affectionately called her "Goy", which became her name to many. Ann and her sister Lori had a very special bond always loving "sissy's" forever best friends. Another very special person to her was her cousin John Mastrangelo whom she loved and cared for more like a brother. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren and rightfully so because she gave all of them a part of her which will forever be in their hearts and minds. Ann's legacy will always shine through all of her family. Her family is proud to say they could not have handpicked a better wife, mom, or grandmother. You are now truly an angel. Spread your wings and fly. She is survived by her husband Bill; a daughter, Lori Trifeletti ,of Rome; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Bill and Marie Williams of New Hartford, Robert Williams of Rome, and Mark Williams of Big Flats, NY; grandchildren, Derek Trifeletti, Devin Trifeletti, Tyler Williams, Trevor Williams, Marisa Williams, Christina Williams, Jenna Williams, and Marc Williams. Also surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Jim Pinti of Rome and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Nicholas D'Arcangelo whom she confirmed. Ann was predeceased by her son-in-law, Tony Trifeletti. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 8:15 a.m. from the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St. and 9:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
