Phyllis M. D'Antonio Phyllis M. D'Antonio, 83, of Rome, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Rome Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born in Rome, NY, on October 31, 1933, daughter of Paul and Angeline Yano and the late Joseph Feole. Phyllis was a graduate of Rome Free Academy and later BOCES where she received her license in Practical Nursing. On January 2, 1954, she was united in marriage to Henry D'Antonio. Phyllis was formerly employed with Rose Hospital and Stonehedge Nursing Home. She is survived by two daughters: Paula Hastings and Ann Marie Hickey, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, a sister: Virginia Wendt, and sister-in-law: Josephine Feole, all of Rome. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry D'Antoino, grandson, David Enslin, brother, Philip Feole and a sister, Theresa Auricchio. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 7751 Merrick Rd., on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. Please omit flowers.
