So very sorry for your loss. Lanny drove the Colgste field hockey team to many games over the years and was one of the kindest men I have ever met. He always had a smile on his face and tremendous kindness in his heart.
Judy and family, So sorry for the loss of Mr"D". He and your mom always made me feel like part of the family all of the years that I hung around with Dave,and the years that your dad pitched for our softball team. He was a great man and will be missed by all.
On behalf of the Colgate University Men's Hockey Team I send our deepest sympathies to the Dixon Family on the loss of this great man. Lanny was more than just our bus driver. (And one of the best I might add). He was a true friend to all the players and coaches he drove and considered a member of the team. Although he had not driven for some time he always made a point of catching a game most recently this past season when he saw a game in our new rink. We will miss our friend but we are all better for having known him. God Bless.
