How well I remember your mom working with me at Clough. She was the hardest worker we ever had. Even after finishing her daily workload, Catherine still found time to wash the windows and walls. She always had a smile and kind word for us even when we sometimes left a mess for her! I was amazed at how spotless she kept our school, with no other help.
And clever--she could create the most beautiful things. She once made me a doll dressed in an exact replica of an RCH cheerleader. My daughter Maria was a cheerleader there, and she loved that doll.
My husband and I often walked in Catherine's neighborhood and would stop to admire her yard and gorgeous flowers. It seemed that everything she touched was made more beautiful.
I am so honored to have known her. Please accept my sympathy for your loss and know that she and her family will be in my prayers.
