Anna M. Finster Anna M. Finster, 92, of Lee Center, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013, at home. She was born in Rome, NY on August 20, 1920, daughter of the late Joseph and Lucia Galasso Fanfarillo. On October 7, 1944 she married Carlton Finster. Anna retired in 1983 as a cook from Rome State School, and was formerly employed at the Beeches Restaurant as a baker. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Lee Center, and the Woman's Club. Anna enjoyed flowers and gardening. Surviving are a daughter, Carol Magliocca, Lee Center; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Carl and Karen Finster, Lemon Grove, CA, Mark Finster, Lee Center, with whom she resided; four grandchildren, Jo- Ann and her husband Ed Fiore, Rome, Michael Magliocca, Lee Center, Lisa Magliocca, Lee Center, and Paul and his wife Jennifer Trottier, Chandler, AZ; two step-grandchildren, and one step-great- granddaughter. Also surviving are two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lucille and Emery Caron, NH, Christine Fanfarillo, Mobile, AL; a sister-in-law, Anne Fanfarillo, Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson, Joseph Magliocca III; a son- in-law, Joseph Magliocca Jr.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Morris Pocchari, Grace and James White; two brothers and a sister-in- law, Joseph and Jean Fanfarillo, and Vincent Fanfarillo. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Hospice and Palliative Care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Lee Center, where relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Church Memorial Fund. Arrangements are by the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W.
