Frank J. DeSimone Frank J. DeSimone, 76, of Clinton, NY and formerly of Rome, passed away, Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center Utica. He was born in Rome, NY, on March 15, 1938 son of the late Julius and Mary Scatarozzo DeSimone. Frank attended Rome Schools and was a retired truck driver. He married Janet Humphrey, who passed away in 2003. In January 2010, he married Grace Wilson. Frank was a former member of St. John the Baptist Church and Stanwix Veterans and Men's Club. Surviving besides his wife, Grace, Clinton, are a sister, Mary Domenico, Rome, and several nieces and nephews including Jody and Dan O'Connell, Rome; two friends Alice Ann Wesseldine, Clinton and Erika Chittum, Rome. He was predeceased by four brothers, Michael, Sam, Joseph and Anthony DeSimone; three sisters, Katherine Brewster, Pearl Finnegan and Angie Belardinelli. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. from the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., and at St. John the Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m., for a Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery, New Hartford.
