Joseph J. Felice Joseph J. Felice, 92, of Rome passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY. He was born in Rome, NY on June 21, 1923 son of the late Anthony and Rosalie Tuzzolino Felice. Joseph attended Rome Schools. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. On January 15, 1949 he married Mary Patane in St. John the Baptist Church. Joseph was a former employee of Rome Cable Corp. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed going to the Casino. Surviving besides his wife Mary are a son and daughter-in-law, Noah and Karen Felice, Syracuse, NY, a daughter, Mary Jo Garrett, Rome, six grandchildren; Matthew Felice, MD, Joshua Felice, CA, Christopher Felice, CA, Sydney Spector, Syracuse, NY, Sara Garrett, FL and John Garrett, Westernville, NY, five great grandchildren; Matthew Jr., Mia, Noam, Lanoy and Connor Joseph. Also surviving is a sister, Angeline Schillingo, Buffalo, NY, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Carmela Edwards and her companion Warren Donaldson, Stella and Merle Mutton, all of Rome and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers; Phil Felice and Anthony Felice, two sisters; Anna Pupa and Rose Militello, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Catherine Patane. Services will be private.
