Ida R. Lucio
Ida R. Lucio , 84, of Cicero, and originally from Rome, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2008 at Crouse Hospital,Syracuse . She was born in Rome, NY on July 1, 1924 daughter of the late Michael and Grace Mingirulli.DAvolio.Ida graduated from Rome Free Academy and the University Of Wisconsin. She was employed at Griffiss Air Force Base credit Union as secretary/treasurer, and then retired after 20 years from the Oneida County Sheriffs Department as the Sheriffs secretary.Ida was a former member of St. John the Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Henry and Heather Lucio,Cicero;two grandchildren,Enrico Lucio and Calista Lucio;a brother and sister-in-law,Ralph and Cece DAvolio,Rome. She was predeceased by a sister ,Rose DAvolio.
Funeral services are private. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home Inc. 218 W. Court St.
