Leona P. Archer, 85, of Taberg, NY, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Colonial Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Rome. She was born in Rome, NY on July 19, 1936, daughter of the late Frank and Leona Snow Coonrod.

Leona was married to Ned Archer who passed away in 1991. She retired from housekeeping at Stonehedge Nursing Home, Rome.

Surviving are three sons: Michael (Renee) Archer, Westmoreland, Ned Archer, Rome, Gary (Mandy) Archer, Taberg, three daughters: Deborah Archer, Rome, Pamela (Harvey) Hawkins, FL, Paula (Edward) Sherman, Taberg, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers: Butch Coonrod Taberg, Kenny Coonrod, Rome, a sister, Lindy, PA. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., at McConnellsville Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
