Roger A. DelNero, Sr., 99, of Rome, passed away Friday July 07, 2023, at home. He was born in Rome, N.Y. on February 21, 1924, son of the late Martial and Alie Mariani DelNero. Roger was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. He served with the United States Army Air Corp from 1944 to 1946. On October 13, 1945, he married Elsie Selvetti in St. John the Baptist Church, Rome.
