Frances Hluska

1966 – 2024

Frances Hluska, 57, of Rome, passed away on Wednesday July 03, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse. She was born in Rome, N.Y. on November 01, 1966, daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn Watkins Hluska. Frances was educated in Rome schools and graduated from Rome Free Academy. She loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren were everything to her.

Surviving are three sons, Kevin (Jessica) Romleski, Kevin Knarr, Jr., and Michael Hluska, four daughters; Ashlee Manna, Sharon Cusick, Sarah Knarr, and Heather Brady, grandchildren; Oliver, Jazlyn, Joey, Reese, Logan, Keegan, Adisyn, Madalena, Asher, and Maddilyn, her significant other, Kevin Knarr, Sr. Also surviving are five sisters; Cathy, Mary, Liz, Helen, and Bea, two brothers; Joseph and Thomas, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Evelyn, a brother, Bobby and a niece, Tarra.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday July 09, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 7751 Merrick Rd. Rome. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 4:30 p.m to 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
