Obituary of Diego Nicolas Felix

Diego Nicolas Felix Diego Nicolas Felix, age 9 1/2 weeks, unexpectedly went to the Lord on Friday, December 24, 2010. He was born at Rome Memorial Hospital on October 12, 2010, beloved son of Onofria Nora Bohning and Diego B. Felix. During his short time on earth, he spent his time keeping mommy and daddy busy. He loved bright colored lights, playing video games with daddy and being held close by his parents, grandparents and other family members. Diego gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are paternal grandparents, Miriam and Jose Figueroa, and maternal grandparents, Cleopatra and Josh Coffey, and Richard and Carleen Bohning, all of Rome; maternal great grandmother, Arlene Simpson, Rome; five aunts and six uncles, Felicia and Curtis Maret, Rome, Desiree Espino, Bronx, N.Y., Justine Ramos, Jalania Finn and Jamiah Moyer, Richard Bohning and Elizabeth Quinlin, Joseph Fiorenza, Nicolas Felix, Steven and Justin Ramos, Jordan Figueroa, all of Rome; cousins, Damien and Jayden Teron, Giuseppe Bohning, Emma Maret, Ariana Bohning, Joseph Quinlan and Betsy Bohning; the family dog; and many other great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who also loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Onofria Fedele, and paternal great grandmother, Lydia Fernandez. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., and at St. Peter's Church at 10:30 a.m where a Mass of the Angels will be celebrated. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the family.
