He was so much more than just my dad... he was a teacher, a friend, an artisan, and someone to be respected. I looked up to him and aspired to be like him in all that I did.
I grew up, and life got in the way, but I can still look back fondly on the years we spent together and hold those memories close to my heart.
He taught me so much... how to draw, how to design, how to create, and most importantly, how to dream. He was an inexhaustible source of inspiration, and will continue to inspire me even despite his departure from this world.
He was a dreamer...
...and thus, so am I.
And for that, I thank you, Dad.

Lots of fond memories from our pool playing days and the Pool Reunions Augie would organize in our "Senior Years". One with so much talent and always ready to lend a helping hand will surely be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Augie helped his mother and his Aunt Sarah (97 yrs. old) by buying groceries, taking them to appointments, helping fix anything that needed repairs. I'm sure he never realized how much he helped his family as he went on with his daily errands. He just did it naturally. When something needed to be done, he just did it. He was always there for each holiday and family function still willing to help. He cherised his relations with the family and looked forward to seeing his buddies in his spare time. I'm sure he was always helping out friends also.
Everything everyone does that is good is kept track of in heaven by angels. I once heard that even the smallest good deed such as opening the door for someone is tallied. We are judged by what we have done for people through our lifetime. Therefore, Augie will be blessed.
Even though it will be hard to not have him here with us, may the family feel assured he is in a better place now. His pain and suffering is all gone. He is now in a place of sunshine and flowers, and he was restored to a youthful look. This is why Jesus is called our savior, because God gave his only son, Jesus, to die for all of the people of the world's sins. He is the Savior of the world. We all have eternal life after death, but only if we lead a good life.
Nicky, you father was truly a good man. You should be proud.
May God bless the family.

Even though Augie was my brother Nick's dad he never treated me any differently and never forgot to send me my own birthday or holiday card. Not many people would do that. He was a generous and talented man who will be dearly missed.
With Love,
-Jackie

January 1, 2022. I awoke with the name Augie Pasqualetti on my mind. He was an RFA classmate of mine. I just turned 70 on December 30, 2021, and didn’t like it. Augie’s name appeared in my mind like an angel. I looked him up and found he passed 10 years ago and was born on the same day as my father. He appeared to remind me to be grateful to be this old. Thank you, Augie. My condolences to his family, even now.♥️
