Anna M. Coviello Anna M. Coviello, 90, of Rome, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Presbyterian Home, New Hartford. She was born in Rome, N.Y. on November 1, 1920, daughter of the late Louis and Maria Victoria Imperale Marasco. Anna was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. On September 27, 1947, she married Andrew A. Coviello in St. John the Baptist Church. He passed away June 16, 1983. Mrs. Coviello retired from Marcy Psychiatric Center in 1981. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Ava Dorfman Senior Citizen Center, Rome Humane Society, and National AARP. Anna was a former member of the Capitol Theater, the Rome Art and Community Center and the Rome Christian Club. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Susan Coviello, Syracuse, Thomas and Susan Coviello, New Hartford; a daughter, Donna Marie Coviello, Lansdowne, Pa.; a granddaughter, Carrie Coviello; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Ralph Brasacchio, Charles Brasacchio and Louis Marasco, and a sister, Catherine Tagliere. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church where relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Association for the Blind, 2200 Dwyer Ave., Utica, N.Y. 13501-1102. Arrangements are by the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St.
