Obituary of Rita D. DePasquale

Rita D. DePasquale Rita D. DePasquale , 77, of Rome, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Rome Memorial Hospital. She was born in Rome, NY on December 6, 1931, daughter of the late Michael and Angelina Falconio. Rita retired from Great American Food Stores, where she was employed for several years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and a volunteer at Catholic Charities of Rome. Surviving are a son, Michael E. DePasquale, three grandchildren, Michael DePasquale Jr., David DePasquale and Angelia DePasquale, all of Rome; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Filomena and Paul Rizzo and Olga Quatrone, all of Syracuse; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church where relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities of Rome, 212 W. Liberty St. Arrangements are by the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc. 218 W. Court St.
