Obituary of Mary F. Gentilcore

Mary F. Gentilcore Mary F. Gentilcore, 97, of Rome, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 at Sunset Nursing and Rehab Center, Boonville. She was born in Rome, NY on October 5, 1916, daughter of the late Phillip and Mary Salvaggio Vullo. On August 2, 1939 she married Clarence F. Gentilcore in Yuma, AZ, a union of fifty nine years until his death in 1998. Mary was a member of St. John the Baptist Church. Surviving is a son, Richard C. Gentilcore, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Michael Wasilewski, Corning, NY; two grandchildren, Robin Wasilewski, Corning, NY, Kimberly and her husband Robert Seeley, Painted Post, NY; and a nephew. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence; a sister and brother-in-law, Beatrice and Frank Buffa. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:15 a.m. from the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St, and at St. John the Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio.
