I’ve never witnessed a man more devoted to his family than Joe. His world revolved around his Connie, Val and Donna, and his grandchildren. A picture of Joe Vaccaro is next to the words gentle, loving, kind-hearted, and generous in the dictionary of life. I never left 116 without receiving a hug and a kiss from Joe. I’ll miss that.
