Obituary of Jane T Pace

Jane T Pace , 98, formally of Whitesboro St., Rome, passed away Monday, February 25, 2008 at Rome Nursing Home. She was born in Dunmore , Pa. on February 28, 1909 daughter of the late F. Antonio and Maria Vincenzia Sabia Pace. Jane attended St. Aloysius Academy. She was a former employee of the Boston Store and retired from Revere Rome Manufacturing. Jane was a member of St. Peters Church and its Christ Child Organization. A woman of great faith, she loved her Lord and was very active in her church. Surviving are a nephew, Joseph Pace, Rome; two nieces, Thelma Pilia, Rome, and Margaret Patterson, California; two great nephews, Paul Gigliotti, Sylvan Beach, and William Richards, South Carolina; great nieces, Pattie Balcavige, Rome, Angela Jaquin, Canastota, and Lucille ODonnell, Syracuse. She was predeceased by three brothers, Leonard Pace, William Pace and Nicholas Pace, and four sisters, Grace Gigliotti, Mayme Caivana, Mary Richards and Lucy Pace. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peters Church where relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery. Friends may call at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., on Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
