Mary Terzini Mary Terzini. 91, of Rome, passed away Monday, April 20, 2009 at Rome Memorial Hospital. She was born in Rome, N.Y. on July 28, 1917, daughter of the late Pasquale and Pauline Perri Greco. On April 24,1937, she married Anthony Terzini in St. John the Baptist Church. He passed away July 12, 1987. Mrs. Terzini retired from Rome Manufacturing and was a member of St. John the Baptist Church. Mary's life always revolved around her love for her family. She loved to cook, and loved and doted on her cherished children and grandchildren, always making sure that no one was ever hungryor in need of anything. We will miss her greatly. Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, F. Anthony and Roberta Terzini, Utica, Pasquale G. Terzini, Rome; a daughter, Christine Trophia, Rome; seven grandchildren, Karen Trophia, Samuel Trophia, Diane and husband Salvatore Grigoli, Lisa and husband John Pauba, David Trophia, Steven Terzini and Kimberly and husband Chad Trevisani; eight great grandchildren; and several cousins. She was predeceased by a son-in-law, Samuel Trophia, and a brother, Anthony Greco, who died during WW II. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at St. John the Baprist Church at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. There are no calling hours, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Church Memorial Fund. Arrangements are by the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St.
