Jane Angeline (Evans) DeAngelis
Henrietta - Jane Angeline DeAngelis, 66 of Henrietta, NY, formerly of Rome, passed from this life's journey on to her eternal life on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at her son Owen's home
surrounded by family. She was born in Rome, NY, on May 24, 1948, daughter of the late Owen and Leona Lombino Evans.
Jane had a passion for crafts, sewing, home decorating and cooking, which has been passed down through the generations. Her legacy will live on.
Surviving are four sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Kimberly (A.) Hardy, Sewell, NJ; Owen and Kimberly (B.) Hardy, Seneca Falls, NY; William and Jessica Hardy, Ovid, NY; Jason and Heather Hardy, Turnersville, NJ, fifteen grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers and a sister-in-law, Anthony and Elaine Evans, George Evans all of Rome, a sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Alan Enos, Kingsland, GA, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas, a daughter, Carrie Ann, parents Owen and Leona, a sister Rose Mary.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Rome Cemetery with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., Rome, from 5-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to Loaves and Fishes, C/O Rome Wesleyan Church, 216 N. Jay St., Rome, NY, 13440.
