Santo 'Tony' A. Carosi, 75, of Floyd, passed away January 1, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home Inc., 218 W. Court St., Rome. There are no calling hours.
