Obituary of Patrick J. Dangerfield

Patrick J. Dangerfield, 70, of Rome, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. He was born in Rome, NY, on December 24, 1946, son of the late Marion and June West Dangerfield. Pat attended Rome Schools. On August 22, 1970 he married Ella Cassese in Rome. Pat retired from Rome Catholic High School maintenance. He was a former employee of Pettibone Corp., Serways, and Sleepy Hollow Golf Course. Pat was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Rome Post and was an avid golfer. Surviving besides his wife Ella, are two daughters and sons-in-law; Michele and William Ewers, MD, Kara and Kovon Evans, GA, four grandchildren; Emily Ewers, Oliva Ewers, Kalianna Evans and Kamia Evans. Also surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Henri Ledger, MA, two brothers and a sister-in-law; Timothy and Ethel Dangerfield, Remsen, NY, Michael Dangerfield and his Fiancee` Tessie, AZ, and several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
