Richard (Papa) and I met at turning stone resort and casino. He was a good friend and coworker. When I heard the news It stopped me for a moment I just couldn’t believe it. He will be missed and anyone that worked with him at the casino knows one of his favorite sayings in the kitchen was to call all the male workers he was friends with “Son!” My heart thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Heaven gained a great addition ... you will be missed and remembered!

To the Dibarardino family,
I worked with Richard and I was one of his Sous Chef's at Turning Stone Casino for 10 years. Richard was a hard worker, caring and fun person to work with.
Richard knew so many people I remember they would come into the buffet. Richard would say hi or insult them in a funny way, but Richard always made everybody laugh.
Richard will be soorly missed and may he RIP.
My condolences to the Dibarardino family.

Rich will missed by his Turning Stone family and especially his buffet family! He also told the best stories of his family he truly loved you all! As I was told the news yesterday I was shocked reliving the memories of him and thinking back i was sad as I left work I got into my car and looked straight ahead and there was his parking spot he parked at everyday. I then knew he was ok! God bless you all! I am so sorry for your loss!
