Please share a memory of Constance "Connie" to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Connie J. Nasto, 83, an adored daughter, sister, wife, Mother and friend passed away on Friday April 29, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Utica, NY, on June 2, 1938, daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Dabrowski) Sudakow. Connie was raised and educated in Utica, NY. She married the love of her life, Anthony J. Nasto, Jr. on June 2, 1962, in St. Stanislaus Church, Utica. She'd recall thinking "I'm going to marry that man" the day she met him. He sadly passed away in 2018.
Connie loved to dance. Her fondest memory of being a dance instructor at Arthur Murray Dance Studio was teaching her students the Jitterbug. She enjoyed gardening, decorating and keeping a cheery and immaculate home. Connie always put everyone's wants and needs above her own. She helped if she was able and always made time to listen without distractions. Connie had a heart unmatched by most. She was a loving homemaker throughout life and loved her family dearly. Connie spent endless hours tending to her children and grandchildren. She and her husband took into their home her ailing mother when she no longer could care for herself.
Surviving are her children: Reyne (Michael) Mattie, Rome, Dawn Nasto, Rome, Grandchildren: Nicholas Mattie, Jena Mattie, Jared Mattie and Cole Mattie, great grandson: Mason Mattie. Also surviving are sisters and brothers: Louise (Edwin) Battelene , FL, Carol Kahler, Clinton, NY, Robert(Joanne)Sudakow, Don (Lisa)Sudakow: brother-in-law Robert(Deborah) Nasto, all of New Hartford, NY, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
