Grandpa always had a way of making me smile. Whether it be playing cards, going mini-golfing, or just spending time on the couch talking; I will miss his smile and the way he always made me feel special. He will be missed but I know he has a peaceful place in heaven.

John was an amazing father-in-law. Always upbeat with a caring demeanor. His willingness to lend a hand across so many skill sets and pass them along; not only built memories but also allows me to re-live those moments as I encounter new life events. Although he’s with God, he’ll also be with me.

Grandpa, I have many fond memories of you. Whether it be coming out to visit and playing mini golf, or sneaking me cookies for breakfast in your kitchen, or the last time you came to visit Colorado. It was truly a pleasure to be your granddaughter, and I know God has a place for you in heaven.
