I remember Charlotte and Nahiem fondly from when I was very young. Nahiem was my Mom, Anna Abounader Cafarelli's cousin and my dad also worked at the base (Rome Lab). Nahiem would stop by often to visit his cousins :) . And, at family events, Charlotte was always warm and welcoming.
