Mike & Family:
Your mother was a special person. Helen & I both enjoyed the times we spend with her when she would visit San Diego. Her Lasagna was the best. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers thru this difficult time. Take care and God Bless.

I remember my cousin Betty Neri when she married Frank Grifasi at St John the Baptist Church and the fantastic reception at the Polish Home. It was a huge wedding that was attended by all our relatives at the time. She was a beatiful bride and such a wonderful person. I will remember her all my living days.

I remember all to well how Cousin Betty Grifasi, my Mother, Connie Zigrino,Aunt Nelli Santello, Aunt Phil Quattro and later my sister-in-law, Linda Zigrino used to bake batches, thousands, of Italian Christmas cookies at our house about two months before Christmas. They froze them and saved them for the Holidays and Birthdays. There was alwas coffee by the gallons as they labored long into the night. It was great to sit and listen to the bantering and joking and hope for free samples. Men would be listening to the radio or TV waiting for the special peppers and eggs, pasta, pepperoni, or whatever. As one of the youngest, Cousin Betty was always a special person. She sweet to everyone she ever met and would literally give you the shirt off her back. May God rest she soul as she at last has found peace.

Michael and Gary,
You Mom was a very special person who showed great compassion to everyone. Having known her since my childhood I can say she always treated me like a specialperson; remembering birthdays, high school and college graduation and the birth of our children. Taking care of Anna after Uncle Mike passed away was especially noteworthy and loving. There are many special events I recall from visiting her when I visited my parents. I will miss her aso much but will always have many fond memories of her and your Dad. God bless you and your families at this time of sorrow. Our deepest sympathies.

Betty's passing. Our prayers and sympathy are with you and the family. I will always remember Betty and Frank, she was a wonderful mother to all of you and I'm sure she will be missed. But it's a good thing that she did not suffer and seemed to have a happy life in the nursing home.
