I remember Grandma as vibrant, loving, and full of passion for whatever she was doing. Some of my best memories of her were when me and my mom would come over to the house and visit. She would always be looking through her catalogs and would always have cookies and drinks in the refrigerator. Her favorite story to tell me was how when I was a baby I would always be yelling at the dogs next door to "Shut up!" After her stroke, I remember how much she loved me coming over and doing her nails for her. It also meant so much to her to have the whole family together for holidays. I am going to miss her tremendously and there won't be a day that goes by that I won't think of her.

My family lived next door to Theresa many, many years ago. She was like a member of their family and included in family activities and celebrations.
