Theresa E. Feldman Theresa E. Feldman, of Rome, passed away Friday, February 11, 2011 at Rome Memorial Hospital. She was born in Rome, N.Y., daughter of the late Antonio and Lucia Fasani D'Ambrosi. Theresa graduated from Rome Free Academy. On May 7, 1955, she married Mannie Feldman in St. John the Baptist Church. Theresa was an employee of Rome Volunteer Action Center and was formerly employed at Griffiss Air Force Base and the Rome Draft Board. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, a life member of Rome Polish Home and former member of South Rome Senior Citizens. Surviving besides her husband, Mannie, are two daughters and sons-in- law, Laurie and William Malik, Rome, Sharon and Brian Snyder, Oriskany; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Diane Feldman, Steven and Sheila Feldman, all of Rome; grandchildren, Tom Malik, Melinda Hamlin, Kevin and Rachel Feldman, Amber, Erik and Nicholas Snyder, Tyler and Kyle Feldman; two great grandchildren, Morgan and Mariah. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, including Frank and Lucille Cortese, Schenectady, and a special friend, Paula Hernandez. She was predeceased by a brother, Giacomo "Jack" D'Ambrosi. The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Potluri and the Emergency Room, ICU and 2 East of Rome Memorial Hospital, and also AmCare Ambulance Service and Rome Fire Department Rescue 1. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:15 a.m. from the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., and at St. John the Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-5 p.m.
