My deepest sympathy to Linda, Richard, Tanya and Darren on the loss of their father, Richard J. (Ziggy) Zigrino and my beloved brother. Though your heart must hold deep sadness right now, may it also hold the blessing of the love of our family that will always be there. Richard was the most genuine, gentle, and loving person that I have ever known. Having a brother like him meant that when I needed a true friend he was always there. As long as I can remember his loyalty and friendship made a bid difference in our family, especially caring for our parents, in both the good times and trying times.Memories of he and my Dad arguing over each and ever Yankee and Red Sox game; The Yankee's were the most powerful team but recently the Red Sox have been the World Series Champs. I told Mary that my Dad greeting Richard to heaven saying, "Who's the Champs now son". My thoughts wander back to when we played sports at Pinti Field. I was 12 and he was 9 and I always tried to tell he to go play with his own friends but he was always there and usually always hit, fielded and caught better than me.He often embarrassed me but he was usually on our team.My brother Richard was an amazing person that knew almost everyone in Rome and keep us informed on our relatives.I met so many at his wake and was thankful for their love and support to his family. I will miss him every waking moment but I am happy that all three of us brothers will continue to celebrate his life with our family.I smile at all that we did together in life and know it's a gift that makes me smile and feel so lucky to have had such a great brother and such a wonderful friend. Gob Bless and Keep You.
