Condolences to the family of Pauline Froelich. She bowled with my wife Sharon and I and our friendship spilled over to the community theater where she used to come to our shows. She always made it a point to come and talk to both of us, each and every time. She was a very pleasant and friendly woman. Made contribution today in her memory.

I was so, so sorry to hear of Pauline’s passing. I worked with her at Wheeler for many years and I knew Bob from the State School. Pauline was always such fun to work with. We had some great times. We exchanged Christmas cards every year and her card was one of the first we received this year. I know her family will miss her terribly. She was always very happy and had such a positive nature. Those are two qualities I wish I had back then. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. My sincerest condolences, thoughts and prayers to her family.

My husband Jack and I will surely miss Pauline, and we are so incredibly sorry for the loss to her family.
Pauline had a smile on her face most of the time and she had the most wonderful laugh that it made you smile and chuckle along with her.
When I first met Pauline at my first Altar Rosary Society meeting it was because she fell in love with my coleslaw. She took the remainder home with her and almost demanded that I bring more to every meeting after that night. Our friendship began there and continued when we started “Merry Makers”, a group of knitters, crocheters and sewers who make hats, mittens & scarves for local school children, and other items which we donate.
Pauline wanted to knit again after many years of being absent from it, and asked me to help her. She didn’t find it a labor of love, but continued to help us in many other ways. She was present at all knitting/crocheting meetings and at many sewing meetings where she cut elastic, tagged and bagged items, and any other non-sewing jobs we had. It will be sad when the “Merry Makers” meet again and she isn’t there.
Pauline loved our little dog, Norton, and begged until I allowed him to join us in the living-room where he proudly sat by her side on the sofa when she came for visits or for meetings.
To our sweet loving friend, Pauline, you are already missed, but we are glad that you are no longer suffering.
To Pauline’s family, Covid-19 has made it so painful for families who cannot comfort their loved ones during the last minutes of life. I pray you find peace in knowing you did everything you could do to comfort Pauline in the end. She knew you loved her.
God Bless,
Cate & Jack
