Dear Laurie and family, Sending our thoughts and prayers to surround you all with the love of our father above over the sudden and devastating loss of such a brilliant, bright light whose life touched so many in her compassion, love of family, companionship and fellowship.
What stands out for me in my memories of Darlene was how as a curly headed little girl, she exuded such incredible joy that it melted your heart and embedded itself as a spark within the very soul. My heart is so sad for your family. I cheered with Darlene at LHS and every time I think of her, I always remember her smiling and giggling. She really was an amazing happy person and I am not at all surprised she devoted her life to helping others. My prayers are with your family. Rest In Peace Darlene.
